Though still a great center of decadence, the Degasho Bedēlam is no longer quite up to the standards of the Boqqars of ages past. This 'less luxurious' form, however, is still among the greatest pleasure palaces in the known world, with the wealthiest elites of Megedi congregating within its walls.
