Frozen Spire (building)
A jagged and cracked tower stands tall at the center of a torrental blizzard that has blanketed this island for millennia. The jagged rocks and turbulent waters that surround the island make approach difficult, and the harsh biting winds make it almost impossible to survive on land for long. None know where the storm came from, nor why it hasn't gone away.
