Grod Cruprag (building)
Hewn into the northern face of the Black Mountains, the Grod Cruprag is the formiddable fortress-estate of the Sarridian warlord Oulnir Gurdurbok. Intending to use the site as the imperial center of his empire in the north, Gurdurbok spared no expense in the fortress' construction, resulting in a castle nigh impregnable through conventional means. Unfortunately, these defenses proved ineffective against espionage, and Aversarian forces were able to assassinate Gurdurbrok within his own keep in the final days of the Black Mountain War. The lack of a siege resulted in the fortress being left largely untouched, and it remains a powerful bulwark for any lord that shelters within.
