Seat of Abathon (building)
In the high hills of Tenamar, the traditional timber architecture of the ancient town centre gives way to an imposing structure, stairs carved into the hill’s stone, paving the way to its flattened peak. Atop the many steps rises an grand throne, as if designed for a being much greater in size than any human. Simple, devoid of ornaments yet ominous in its brutalist design. According to the locals the structure is dedicated to the legendary god-king figure known to the isles as Abathon and it has never been occupied, ever prepared for the possibility of his return.
