The Eastern Tower is one of the many Towers dotting the world, extremely powerful places of magic that seem to kill any who dare get too near.
Built on the island of Ambracia, this Tower remains the easternmost one of its kind ever directly controlled by the Aversarians, who spent several centuries and thousands of lives (primarily slaves, but sometimes foolhardy Magi) attempting to find a way around the Tower's defenses.
