The Judicial Councils (clique)
An alliance of magistrates, judges, and assorted legal scholars, the Judicial Councils take rightful pride in their contributions to Tel Habja. Rishad who cast the first stone against the tyrannical Tathtalite regime emerged from their ranks, and it was with him at their head that they dominated the First Council of Disuwai. Unfortunately they were subsequently the primary victims of the Conspiracy of the 33 and the coup of 1176.
