Black-Gold League (concept)
An alliance of eastern dukes and lords from Marroux and Eastern Rohr, the Black-Gold League was formed in 1217 IS by Duc Edwin Valadec for the sole purpose of elevating his son, Teryn 'Blackclaw', to the throne of Chevalie. The League is so-named for the sigils of the two leading rebel dynasties — the golden hippogriff of Monteaux and the black griffon of Valadec.
