Great Callings (concept)
To the Prapataro, once a person reaches the age of sixteen, they must choose between the three Great Callings: Thinker, Warrior, or Cultivator.
Cultivators work in layered arboreal farms, growing various vined fruits and vegetables. Warriors train in the woods to be masters of stealth and ambushes, often having to test their skills against pirate raids from the coast. While the Thinkers control the distribution of resources, come up with rules and laws, and construct the various wood and metal crafts necessary for their way of life.
