Magic Tutor (concept)
A learned Magi of supposed great talent, the Court Magi is responsible for answering all of the arcane needs of the Court they are in.
They will educate those with innate Magical ability, training them in the ways of their respective School of Magic. They can also be summoned to assist a ruler with their own magical spells, or cast them at their master's command.
Each Ruler can employ only one Court Magi.
