Poisonous Game (concept)
Some creatures are able to inflict poisons well beyond what the average human can conceivably survive. They are especially dangerous to hunt, as even what initially seems like a superficial flesh wound can end up killing in a matter of minutes as poison consumes the hapless victim's body.
