Biozone: The Tower Isles
The Tower Isles are a large, ring shaped archipelago centered on the Sea Tower, with a warm climate in the southeast that gradually cools off as one travels northwestward. Sunken ruins of an unknown origin dominate the relatively shallow waters of the local sea, though their impressive forms are largely obscured by dense thickets of coral and sponge that are home to a large variety of Magical aquatic creatures.
The immense ruins lying beneath the The Tower Isles are, despite their size, easy to overlook at first. Hidden beneath thickets of sponge, coral and kelp, their artificial nature is first betrayed as one notices the underlying sheen of a golden metal that has somehow not been tarnished by the eons - and after that, the outlines of colossal spires, archways, statues and windows become ever more clear to the keen observer.
We disembark on an isle next to one particularly large cluster of submerged buildings — no doubt once a city of such a scale that it would dwarf almost any standing today — and make a final stock of our equipment.
