Neophretitan (culture)
Once the citizens of ancient Aversaria's most northern fringe, the decline of the polis system and the formation of the Aautokrata would see the Neophretites drift away and join the melting pot of the Isles of Guillate. This common history and a desire to build the Isles as a stronghold from which to project Aversarian control over the rest of the archipelago would lead to the culture drifting back once more towards their ancient kin.
The Neophretites also share a love of travel, of seeing the world beyond the isle in which they were born. Often, entire villages have set out on long journeys to find new homes, which has led their people to be one of the most scattered cultures in the Shattered Isles. This penchant for exploration has made them skilled guides and navigators, and many a sailing ship has employed a Neophretite helmsman to aid.
