Nizhbata (culture)
The Nizhbata are a pastoral people native to the north Kashiryan highlands. Most Nizhbata live on mountainside farms, with large herds of livestock, and adept use of the steep terrain to grow crops regardless. While the Nizhbata are known to occasionally keep other animals, horses are often given a special importance, with the Nizhbata being famous for cooking high quality horse meat. However, the Nizhbata do not exclusively raise their horses for meat, also being quite adept at using their horses in war when necessary. Additionally, some Nizhbata have been known to travel all across the known world on horseback.
