The Charchac people have known nothing more than slavery for centuries. Amaghea, Aversaria, and countless others have tried to quell our flame. Yet we have never given in, and now Pleimao has granted his flock a boon: me.
I am the greatest Magi to grace my lands in centuries, and yet I have always been mocked. They mock the way I speak, the way I dress, and the flames that dance along my flesh. They shall laugh no more when I purge them of their sins in fire. As a boy, I worked in the shadows of the western heathens to achieve my ends, but no more. I have rid my face of their marks, rid my souls of their insults. I have donned the Metal Mask, and I am now so much more than a child of slaves, scraping by on the scraps stolen from his master's table.
With the power of Alau Koev itself, I shall restore the ancient homeland of my people and purge every pitiful Amaghean from our beloved soil. Pleimao has gifted me his people, and I shall guide them to the reconquest of the Fire Gate at any cost. The Svanti Revolt will not be quelled.
