The Frostblood (event)
Character: Count Belisarios Drakaxiad of Dzeltahn
At age six my father and mother were was slain before me, their massacred bodies tossed at my feet, and I was ever after an orphan. Born into my family long after its apex, I have always been hunted by those who saw my continued existence as inconvenient. Who would rather it be that there were none of Anesimasios' blood left. Assassins have dogged my every step from Malcois to the furthest coast of Aironoi. But with each attempt on my life I only grew in strength, in power. Despite the combined efforts of all Aversaria, I have survived.
But I have not forgotten. I have not forgotten how they left my father's body cold and broken. I have not forgotten how they murdered his father and his father's father. How each member of my family was murdered in turn, no matter their innocence. Do they honestly believe I would not see this avenged? That I would not have them on their knees, begging? Stone-Fist, Skull-Crusher, the Lord of Ashes himself. To my great regret I could not destroy Iron-Spike and Delenel myself, but it is no matter; the list of names grows longer still.
They think the Drakaxiad name has died out. I will remind them of the power of my blood.
I will kill them all.
