Particians dedicate their lives to the study and practice of Magic with great fervor, all done in highly formalized and rituals that are passed down through oral tradition over generations. This has resulted in line after line of incredibly skilled magic wielders, skilled in an art that seems incomprehensibly complex to outsiders. Many of history's most talented Magi were of Partic origin, and their abilities are as tremendous as their motives are inscrutable.
