Blue Robe Treatise (artifact)
This book is a copy of the original 37-page treatise penned by Magister Velaras 'Bleak Speaker' Kreyshati at the onset of the Blue Robe Revolt. He announces the Mayikprolollan Aironoiakaan's outright refusal to do further research on Self-Replicating Blood Magic, stating that no Aversarian Magi would be ordered like a dog, even at the behest of a petty aautokratia.
The treatise further stated that henceforth, the academy declares neutrality in the Imperial Civil War, and implored all Aversarian citizens to resist any attempt to force them out of their stronghold. It is said that the treatise, as well as the actions, of the so-called Blue Robes sent Axiaothea into such a rage that she tore down the six century old Lavaticas quarters of her estate in Asiupoli, and ordered four legions to assault the Aironoiakaan, thus starting hostilities in earnest.
