Paswatun Mining Settlement (building)
Next: Paswatun Mines
Discovered in the tenth century by the famed adventurer Lakom the Long-Legged, the vast copper deposits of the Paswatun Mine have brought unprecedented prosperity to the once undeveloped interior wilderness of Dahangon.
The emergence of a new source of the metal presented both opportunities and challenges to the ruling powers of the region, and many a High Minister of the Bronzeport has attempted to wrest control over the mines with limited success. Extensive excavations over the years have done little to exhaust its enormous deposits, with new veins of higher-quality copper being uncovered as miners descend deeper into the mountains.
