Outgrowing its old footprint, the Ashmarite Medicinal School now features an elaborate campus and a formalized training regimen for apprentice physicians and midwives. Experimentation is now becoming increasingly acceptable, but work with cadavers is still rare and frowned upon due to cultural taboos. Services for the poor are still present, but increasingly overshadowed by the hospital's more lucrative work.
