Buoyed by patronage from the city's rich and powerful, the El Qulatha Medicinal School is a walled compound containing all manner of libraries, medical facilities, hospitals, and magical laboratories testing the cutting edge of the magical arts of healing. The now dilapidated healer's hall has been converted into a storage warehouse and boarding house for apprentices too poor to afford better accommodations in the housing surrounding the school.
