The Firstclaw (building)
A strong fortress guarded by a myriad of walls created from a patchwork of different materials, the Firstclaw is erected upon a promontory covering the inlet leading into Bronzeport Bay.
Known in literary works as the ‘Resplendent First Sight of Bronze Sea and Cerulean Sky’, the site marks where the famed Kathunian explorer Ziao Du first landed on the shores of Dahangon, heralding the start of centuries of Kathunian settlement in the area.
Over the years, succeeding High Ministers of the Bronzeport have built over the original wooden fort, transforming the Firstclaw into a formidable structure that serves as the city’s first line of defense against seaborne invaders and raiders.
