Colonization (concept)
If a Ruler wishes to add a Wasteland to their Realm, they must first Colonize it. Colonization requires a large investment of goldGold, increasing the lower the Wasteland my capital Supply Limit is.
The Colonization Progress Bar will then appear. Once the Colonization Progress reaches maximum, the Colonizer will gain the Wasteland County.
