Colonization (concept)
Should a Ruler wish to add a Wasteland to their Realm, they must first Colonize it. Colonization requires a large investment of gold_icon Gold, increasing the lower the Habitability of the target County is.
Counties undergoing colonization gain a Colony Holding in their County Capital, and need to fill the Colonization Progress bar to become fully settled.
