Wasteland (concept)
Wastelands are a Holding Type that are not ruled by any Character either due to the region being devoid of life or organized governance. Most neighboring Rulers can Colonize Wastelands by selecting the Barony and clicking the Colonize button. Coastal rulers can also Colonize any coastal Wasteland within their Diplomatic Range if they own a Building in the Tradeport line.
