High Tide (concept)
The tidal waves on the Horn of Sarradon are known to be strong enough to submerge vast regions of the coast deep enough to drown a man. When the tide recedes, this is known as Low Tide. Counties will produce more Income, and have greater Advantage, at the cost of Building Construction Time and Supply.
