Intelligent Game (concept)
Some creatures go well beyond being merely intelligent for an animal, and are simply intelligent - period. They are very possibly sapient and at the intellectual level of a human, or in rare cases, perhaps even higher. Some may even be capable of speech, if they have any interest in dialogue.
What this means in practise is that the game is exceptionally difficult to ambush, is far more proficient at ambushing itself, and is far more likely to retreat if it is at a disadvantage compared to the hunter.
