Retributive March (concept)
After the destruction of four legions in the Blue Robe Revolt, Axiaothea ordered the mercenary warlord Agos Slyn to lead fifteen legions in a campaign called the 'Retributive March'.
Their goal was not only to break the revolt and brutally execute is perpetrators, but also kill one in every six citizens in any town suspected to have harbored rebels. Agos was further ordered to execute all escaped slaves, and kill their masters thereafter for incompetence.
