Aersodiax, Speaker of the lost Creator and King of all Mankind was both cruel and wise, ruling humanity and granting the Gift in return for blood and servitude. The faithful were cursed when rebels killed Aersodiax and his heirs long before memory, and forgiveness must be sought through constant offerings and rituals lest the Gift be taken away.
